These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NoTutor (the “Platform”), operated by Samvit AI Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). NoTutor is a brand owned and operated by Samvit AI Solutions Private Limited.

1. Eligibility

  • NoTutor is intended for students, parents/guardians, teachers, and educational institutions.
  • Users under 18 must use the Platform only with parent/guardian consent. Institutions onboarding students confirm required permissions are obtained.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

2. Platform Purpose

NoTutor is an AI-powered learning assistant that helps users learn, practice, and track progress. It does not replace school instruction or guarantee academic outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Responses are generated using AI/LLM systems and may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Always verify critical information with textbooks, teachers, and trusted sources.
  • The Company is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, abusive, or non-academic misuse.
  • Attempt to bypass safeguards, access controls, or content moderation.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Use the Platform to cheat in live examinations.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform or models.

5. User Content & Uploads

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content to provide the Platform features (e.g., “Upload & Learn”).
  • You represent that you have rights to upload and share your content.

6. Assessments & Progress

Assessments and progress indicators are learning aids and may be approximate. Parents/teachers/institutions may view progress where authorized.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform (temporarily or permanently). We may also impose usage limits for reliability or safety.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may be offered for free or for a fee. Pricing, trials, and refund terms (if any) will be displayed in the Platform or published separately. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required for safety or legal reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including software, branding, UI, and content (excluding user content) is owned by Samvit AI Solutions Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or academic outcomes. Our total liability, if any, is limited to fees paid by you for the Platform during the period giving rise to the claim (if applicable).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
